Athletics are an important part of student life at Union Day School.  At UDS, we're proud of our athletes' competitive spirit and the diverse offering of sports that we provide.  Sports at Union Day School provide our male and female athletes with ample opportunities to enjoy the benefits of athletic competition against nearby schools.
