Regular Monthly School Board Meetings

All meetings are held in the upstairs auditorium at 4:30 pm, unless otherwise noted. Regular monthly board meetings will be held the second Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise announced.

UDS Board Meeting Public Comments Sign Up

The meeting of the Board of Directors is for the sole purpose of the Board to meet and conduct business, in keeping with public disclosure law. The Board may record its meetings as deemed necessary. The Board approved written minutes will continue to be the official record of the meeting and can be found on the school’s website after Board adoption.

Public Comment

Public comment is a period for members of the public to make general comments to the Board of Directors. As such, comments should be directed to the board.

Comments or questions must be emailed to uniondayschool@gmail.com by the Thursday (5PM) before the Board meeting. This is to allow the Board or Administration to gather answers and respond appropriately.
Comments or questions must identify the commenter’s full name and address.
Comments or statements regarding specific students or UDS personnel will not be addressed in accordance with legal requirements. Those questions will be addressed by the UDS administration privately.
In keeping with the three minutes per family comment time previously allowed, comments will be limited to 500 words which is approximately three minutes of speaking. Also, a total of three questions may be asked in order to allow the business meeting to continue and not be stymied.
Comments or questions that are deemed offensive, demeaning, or mean spirited will not be read and may result in the commenter losing the privilege of this accommodation in the future.
